Typical weaners not long off the cows so at this point they have had limited handling. They will be tailed out and handled further between assessment and delivery so would envisage these will settle down a bit by then. They are not yard savy just yet so are easily spooked and most will always follow ring leaders. Nothing that could be described as stirry in the mob in the bigger yards though. These tend to gallop about a bit and need to be steadied down through a gateway, not unusual.

The Consuelo EU ACCREDITED Santa and Santa X steers that come with a great reputation. Regularly offered on A+ and always attract plenty of repeat buyers who have commented on the great performance these steers deliver them. Most show very good bone and muscling and depth of barrel but don’t carry any excess condition. Bit of a weight range in these however they are all young weaners so will even out once they mature a bit. Lightweight steers ideal for restockers to put away for the long term. Clean country buyers note they are offered GUARANTEED CLEAR of the dip. Noted approx. 3% with a small amount of signs of old ring worm scars, no issues here. Also noted a steer showing slight male characteristics so could have been cut later. Do not miss this opportunity to purchase top notch steers with plenty of runs on the board. 4 decks (162) of these steers in 2 lots to be delivered into even lots if purchased by different buyers. Consuelo steers last week weighed 229kgs & sold for 657c/kg.
