Typical weaners not long off the cows so at this point they have had limited handling. They will be tailed out and handled further between assessment and delivery so would envisage these will settle down a bit by then. They are not yard savy just yet so are easily spooked and most will always follow ring leaders. Nothing that could be described as stirry in the mob in the bigger yards though. These tend to gallop about a bit and need to be steadied down through a gateway, not unusual.

The Consuelo EU ACCREDITED Santa and Santa X heifers that come with a great reputation. Regularly offered on A+ and always attract plenty of repeat buyers who have commented on their great performance. Most show very good breed character and depth of barrel. Bit of a weight range in these however they are all young weaners so will even out once they mature a bit. Lightweight heifers ideal for restockers to put away for the long term for either domestic feedlot entry or to retain for a long term breeder operation. The vendor has retained some heifers for replacement breeders. Clean country buyers note they are offered GUARANTEED CLEAR of the dip. Do not miss this opportunity to purchase top notch heifers with plenty of runs on the board. Heifers that come highly recommended. Consuelo heifers last week weighed 206kgs and sold for 682c/kg.

Grazing Conditions
Have been on cows up until weaning on a good cover of frosted Buffel and native grasses. Since weaning have been in the yards on good quality hay.
Returned to: Will be yarded at night and fed on hay and tailed out through the day.

These have had no grain or antibiotics at any stage. Vendor will transfer NLIS tags due to being EU accredited. Some replacement heifers were retained out of these for future breeding purposes.
