Assessor Comments
Brangus & Angus cross heifers PTE by the vet the day before assessment. These heifers have had an overnight curfew after being preg tested, they will have a lot of compensatory weight gain. Heifers show plenty of frame and should not disappoint given the opportunity, they should power ahead on crop or bin. These heifers are running on an agistment block and neighbours bull did get in approx. 2 months prior to assessment this week, for about 48 hours. Again these have been tested empty & their tails banged. Heifers in calf have been retained and tails left long. Because cattle are on agistment block it is preferred delivery of all 4 lots in todays sale occurs Tuesday 7.9.21. Please note one heifer observed in this lot with slight blue eye scaring & 1 seen with 2 blue eyes, she is not blind.
