Assessor Comments
These heifers are a perfect example of years of selective breeding for performance. Born out of a very good cow herd and sired by high calibre Angus bulls. Their mothers have for a long time been culled on fertility, structure and type, likewise the bulls that they have been sired by. These heifers are ideal to join as future matrons and are showing all the signs of cycling now. With the exception of 2 or 3 heifers they have all cleaned up in the coat and all are doing really well. Would also suit further growing to suit supermarket or trade markets and are currently in very fresh condition. These heifers display great bone, length, very good shape and tremendous softness. Heifers are antibiotic free and pasture fed for potential grass fed markets. A 3 of heifers had the slightest cloudy eye however not detrimental, and a couple had a touch of white under their flank or in front of udder. A small line of very well bred heifers that will suit a range of buyers. Not to be overlooked
