146 Angus steers, to be offered over 2 lines of 73 head. Aug/Sept '21 drop. The 'Kilkenny' steers are highly regarded not only in the Western Districts, but also by repeat purchasers who have described them as "Elite performers!! No expense has been spared on bull power within the herd with recent purchases averaging over $20,000 at Ardrossan with a major focus being placed on doing ability & positive IMF! They show tremendous bone & shape with all steers being extremely even for type! The 'Kilkenny' steers would suit the most discerning bullock fattener or lot feeder! All steers were weighed into a tight weight range of 35kg (300-335kg).They are an exceptional draft of steers that carry my highest recommendation!!! Vendor also has another draft of 70 steers, tops of the drop in this sale.
