As a mob all together the steers were easy enough to handle & work with in the yard at assessment - It was noted that some steers did become nervous/agitated/slightly stirry when isolated/under duress during weighing & going through the crush, not detrimental - Generally all with a reasonable quiet/sound temperament

A stand up pen of 19 Poll Hereford & Hereford X Yearling Steers - Vendor Bred, ‘Kanimbla’ Blood - Rising 16-18 months - Presenting in sound store/forward store condition with all well grown - Majority large frame with good stretch & length - Ideal feeder weights to put on grain immediately or alternatively to target a grass fed steer or bullock fattening program - Grass Fed/Antibiotic Free, a signed non-certified PCAS supplier declaration is available upon request - Purchase with confidence as these steers are well advanced with good weight for age, they come highly recommended by the agent as previous drafts have performed well with weight gain to make very good heavy bullocks - Noted doing cattle - NOTE At least 3 steers were observed to have a slight blue/old pink eye scar in 1 eye, not considered detrimental but buyers are asked to make any price adjustments before bidding on this lot - 100% no stags in this lot - The vendor has 6 younger steers also listed in this sale
