Temperament not assessed in Paddock
The steers were ok to handle in the yard when in the mob with other cattle - However, it was noted that all 5 did become slightly stirry/stirry/agitated when isolated going through the crush & during weighing - Not considered 100% detrimental as these steers have had limited yard handling & settled down ok when let in the holding paddock

Assessor Comments
3 Angus & 2 Murray Grey/Angus Grown Steers - Vendor Bred - Mixed age rising approximately 16-24 months - Presenting in strong store condition with solid medium to large frame - All mouthed at assessment, 1 x Milk (MG) T, 3 x 2T (AA) & 1 4T (MG) - Grass Fed/No Antibiotics - Ideally suited to top off into bullocks for a grass or grain fed fattening program - Older yearling steers with maturity & frame that have not been spoilt with feed through the Winter months due to excess numbers running on farm - Purchase with optimism & confidence, these steers should do up very well into solid heavy export bullocks given feed through the the Spring with a short term turn around - NOTE *1 steer is presenting with an old blue/pink eye scar in one eye, not considered detrimental but buyers are asked to make any price adjustments before biding on this lot
