Assessor Comments
A nice line of 38 PTE Angus feeder heifers. These heifers are 17-18 months of age & are Rennylea Angus blood. The "Spring Creek" Angus herd has a record of high marbling cattle, with bulls on the property Averaging +3 for IMF, with consideration also given to growth rates while still maintaining a moderate sized mature cow. These heifers are all frame & are in store condition, averaging 380kg at assessment. They are ideal heifers to feed either on grass or grain to heavy trade weights for the domestic market. Alternatively with the quality of breeding behind these heifers they are more than deserving of a second chance to the bull of your choice, as they only had a 6-week opportunity to the bulls.
