34 weaned vendor bred Poll Hereford X calves with there being 12 bull calves and 22 heifers calves with there being 26 red in colour and 8 being black. The calves have been reared well and are ready to take the next step given the right feed and nutrition. The calves are bred from the vendors herd of 400 milking cows being mainly freisan and freisan x cows. The calves are ideal beef X cattle that would handle going out on grass and would continue to put the weight on. The calves were weaned on the 25/07/2021 onto grass, straw and a calf grain mix.
