The majority of the steers handled well whilst drafting with only a couple showing signs of wanting to run, these were the same ones that became aggitated in the crush. They did settled once they were back in the yard with their mates though.

Very good run of Injemira blood weaner steers showing strong performance, growth and weight for age. These calves are very soft in the coat and are on the do having had a very good start and favourable season thus far. I would expect these steers to continue to perform given the right nutrition and grow into heavy bullocks. Please note there was two steers that had a touch of pink eye that has almost healed, they were treated again at assessment as a precautionary measure.
