A few calves agitated in the crush & in the yards post weighing & would not settle. The steers showed some initial run in the yards after weighing . They responded well to us spending 30 minutes taking photos & settled better than i expected .( See video ) . All steers would require a full Yard weaning & education before letting out in the paddock . They are already educated to dogs & Vechiles in the paddock.

A line of Vendor Bred Angus Unweaned Steers from a large commercial herd with a very good reputation. Calves were assessed from 3 Cow Mobs at 3 different yards . This is the middle run of steers in a tight weight range . Ave Wt: 229kg Full (215-249kg) at assessment.
The Steers from this Herd are normally grown out to Heavy Feeder or Kill weights & have a good industry Reputation.
These are the middle run of steers that have mainly come off 1st calf Heifers. These steer calves are still Long Bodied but just not showing the bloom & condition of the Heavier line of steers in this same sale .
Note: 3 steers with old eye scar in 1 eye. ( Not Detrimental )
Calves are Unweaned & will be pulled off the cows day of delivery.
