Steers were generally very good to handle. They are typical of station cattle, used to big areas that like to run through gateways and got slightly stirry when under pressure in the race but at NO time in open yard with them did they make me nervous. These steers should be no problem for most people with half decent facilities and half decent stockmanship. I would be more than happy to send to most of my clients, however if you want docile cattle these are not for you.

Lovely quality draft of 264 steers in a tight weight bracket of 300-380 kg to be sold as 3 even runs of 88, these steers were weaned early from vendors northern property and have been in containment since, these steers have done extremely well and with all the hard work done should continue to do well for prospective purchaser. The "Yammatree" cattle have a great reputation with many feedlots and we have had great feedback from past purchasers.
