Very easy weaners to handle and stood on the scales with a minimum of fuss & exited the crush camly. Properly yard weaned and educated. The very odd steer did become a little agitated on scales but quickly settled once back in the mob. Have no hesitation in recommending their temperament. See video for quietness of cattle.

Second draft of the Rogers Family Steer Weaners offered today. Total of 144 Angus steer weaners offered as a lead draft of 93 and 51 seconds. Majority of these calves are bred at vendors property "Taradale" in the Tumbarumba high country & trucked to Holbrook for weaning & sale. Out of a high grade Angus Herd that is predominately Hazeldean Blood with some Dunoon & Bowmont influence as well. These steer weaners show all the positive attributes of the Angus breed - Great temperament, growth and weight for age and easy doing. Genuine 7-8 months old weaners. Vendor shops at the top end of bull catalogues and it shows in the quality of the breeding of these calves. Well bred, properly yard weaned, quiet steers that will continue to gain weight through the Autumn and will not disappoint. Grassfed & antibiotic free declaration available upon request.
