All generally displayed a reasonable quiet temperament in the yard at assessment & while weighing through the race - It was noted that the black baldy heifer did become slightly nervous/agitated when under pressure out of her comfort zone but was not considered stirry/wild

4 Speckle Park/Friesian X & 1 Hereford/Friesian X Yearling Heifers - Vendor bred on farm & bucket reared - Rising approximately 12-14 months - Presenting in strong store condition with medium/large frame - Majority with good shape - All NSM with no known access to any bulls on farm - Majority well grown solid weight for age - Sound potential to go numerous directions with as either potential future breeders/vealer mothers or to target a select grass or grain fed fattening program - Purchase with confidence as these heifers should do up nicely & go ahead as they further mature given feed coming into the spring - Ideally suited for vealer production - NOTE 1 - The vendor has 9 Friesian Steers also listed in this sale - Lot size/number may suit a smaller hobby farm type operation - NOTE 2 - The assessment was done on farm during a wet weather day & it is the assessors opinion that these cattle will present far better at nominated delivery dates on a dry day
