These heifers were easy enough to to handle in the yard & weigh through the crush - It was noted that at least 4 heifers did become slightly stirry/nervous/agitated in the yard at times when under pressure or isolated - Not considered detrimental as all settled down in the yard & when let back out into the paddock as a mob back into their comfort zone

18 Angus Yearling Heifers, Vendor Bred - Spring Drop 2020, rising approx. 12-13 months - Presenting in strong store/forward store condition with majority large frame - NSM, no known access to any bulls on farm - Grass Fed/No Antibiotics, a signed PCAS non-certified supplier declaration is available from the vendor upon buyer request - Sound potential to go any direction with to join to bull of choice as potential future Angus breeders, to target a grass/grain fed fattening program or alternatively put on grain immediately/or background further to required entry weights for a select feeder market - These heifers come recommended by the agent as previous drafts have performed repeatedly well with weight gain/growth - Purchase with confidence, these heifers will respond favourably given feed coming through the spring - NOTE 1 Heifer was observed to have an old pink eye scar/blue eye, not considered 100% detrimental - The vendor has 2 other lots of Angus heifers also listed in this sale
