Generally ok to draft in the yards & weigh through the crush with half considered quiet and half slightly stirry to stirry - Not considered 100% detrimental but prospective purchasers should note that these steers do not all have 100% quiet temperament in this lot - They settled down ok when let back out into the paddock onto grass in their comfort zone

Assessor Comments
11 MG X Yearling Steers - Vendor Bred, Rising approximately 12-14 Months - Presenting in strong store to forward store condition with sound medium to large frame - Grass Fed/No Antibiotics - Ideally suited to take on & continue to grow out to heavier weights to target grass or grain fed fattening program - Alternatively this lot may suit a select feeder market subject to required specs - Purchase with confidence as these steers have a bit of age/maturity in these steers & they will do up nicely in a relatively short time period given feed coming into the spring - A neat pen of yearling off cattle ready to go ahead - *PLEASE NOTE* Some of these steers were marked slightly late as calves with rings - It was noted at assessment that there are some presenting slightly thick/hairy under or around the pizzle area - This is not considered detrimental by the assessor but buyers are asked to make any price adjustments before bidding - 100% no bulls or stags in this lot
