The steers flowed through the yards well, a couple were a little stirry when in small pens with them however once they had space they were good to handle. All of them stood on the scales quietly with no issues.

44 Vendor bred, EU Hereford steers. All weighed from 220kg - 284kg to average 240kg full. Bred from Registered Banemore Hereford bulls. Grass fed only, Antibiotic free. August/Sep 20 drop. All horned steers were dehorned / tipped at weaning with the exception of 2 that were tipped at assessment. 1 steers had a small pink eye scar on one eye (see photos) and another had a small scar in both eyes, this steer can be removed if required, however it was not seen as detrimental to the sale. They were yard weaned on the 4/01/2021 for 7 days and received a injectable drench, MultiMin, 7in1 and an EasyDose (flys). At assessment they received another ZeroMec injectable drench. The steers have plenty of frame and stretch for they age. All the boxes have been ticked with theses steers, vendor bred, EU, PCAS eligible, Animal health is completed together with proven genetics.
