Assessor Comments
“Tops of the drop” Excellent quality draft of vendor bred EU Poll Hereford steers. The Morgan cattle are impeccably bred, renowned performance cattle, with no expense spared on genetics sourced from Morganvale, Days & Allendale with focus on above average growth and positive fats. Steers present in principally forward store condition, with shape and bone. Note, steers were assessed after an 18 hour wet curfew. Beautifully presented steers, nicely marked and predominantly deep cherry coloured, a terrific chance to acquire very well bred Poll Hereford steers with the breeding and capacity to finish on grain or grass to heavy export weights. Bred to perform. (NOTE: vendor offers 130 head total this sale, over two drafts).
