Consider these heifers ideal backgrounders that will mostly suit live export, meatworks {once grown out}, or are good enough to take the lead out as replacement breeders. These cattle seem to just be starting to do and would continue to do so on a rising plane of nutrition. Found to be of light fat cover, good medium/large frame for their age and area. Good reasonable bone cattle that will keep growing. Predominately 89 Brahman, 33 Brahman cross with the balance Charbray cross and Brangus. Made up of 60 greys, 45 honey, 7 reds, 10 blacks and 8 various colors. There are a percentage of bought in heifers that are part of the mob. Bought cattle have been cross branded with vendors brand. 4 are No3's and were mouthed (2 x milk tooth, 2 x 2-tooth balance mouthed all milk tooth. With impending rain around sale day vendor is willing to extend delivery for up to 7 days or when dry enough for truck movement as property is dry weather access only.

Not 100% of cattle are vendor bred but majority are. Bought cattle similar quality and breed. Any bought cattle are cross branded with vendors brand.

Have a long history of high grade Brahman bulls. In recent years introduced Charbray and Brangus.

Predominately native pasture freshened up with recent rain. Last 40 days in a feedlot situation on property on an improvement ration with recent access to a holding square with recent rains.

This turn off is what we do annually at this time of year, 2nd round later than normal, includes some bought in heifers.
