These heifers were very easy to handle in the yards during the assessment. Only one or two heifers got slightly stirry but I would put that down to the facilities mainly.

20 Angus heifers, ideal future breeders. Avg 315kg and are Dunoon Angus blood. These heifers were purchased out of the Mountain Calf Sales in Omeo, bred by the Anderson family and were intended to be joined and retained. Due to the current dry conditions these heifers have to be sold.
