Assessor Comments
A quality line of Black Angus steers calves, March/April 2023 drop. These are commercial steers out of the Tooperangus Stud, and as such come from top genetics. The sire bulls are from a Te Mania foundation with the Dam side originating from Willalooka and Team Te Mania bloodlines. They have been yard weaned as of 18th Oct, on silage, and will continue to be yard weaned up to the point of delivery. They were drenched and vaccinated at the time of weaning. A small tail has been drafted out of the bottom end, to keep the line nice and tidy.
Please note: a number of these steers still showing signs of their winter coats, with one steer showing signs of old lice. One steer has a white underbelly.
There are 5 pure Speckle Park steers in the mob, with an average curfewed weight of 235 kg. The successful purchaser has the option of taking them as well, at a negotiated price.
