Buyers a line of Angus and Santa cross flatback steers ideally suited to grow out to heavier weights for the feeder markets, offered due to the season. Well grown for age and should continue to perform given the right opportunity. 2 show blue spot/haze in the eye from old pinkeye scarring which is not considered detrimental. Generally good flatback types with a percentage showing slightly more navel. 2 display softer Droughtmaster cross characteristics. Steers present in forward store condition, good in the gut and expected to continue improving under favourable conditions.
