Temperament not assessed in Paddock
The heifers were good to handle under normal yard pressure. Once confined in crush approx 10 were agitated and restless. The balance walked on and stood fine on scales. Nothing aggressive in big yards. I would generally say they are quiet.

Assessor Comments
This is a very smart line of well bred Angus heifers. These heifers have been well handled since weaning and under good management have grown out well. They provide options for both breeding or feeding programs. 31 of these are bred by the vendor and 29 were purchased from a breeder at Inglewood. They blend together well and are on the do. The lightest heifer weighed 313kg and the heaviest 450kg after overnight curfew. In my opinion the heifers would take a bull anytime from now on as they were showing signs of bulling at assessment. The vendors have been very selective with their sire program and shop at the top end of the sales. This has paid off in weight gains and weight for age. A neat 2 decks of quality females for your competition
