When yarding from large cooler,Heifers walked in briskly. All heifers drafted by one man up through to weighbox. Odd heifer did run back . When in noisy crush heifers agitated. Assessor walked into yards for video and stock moved freely in yard but stood ok.. Note recommend handled by experience stockman and will need work on delivery.

240 Pastoral heifers, six decks, Organic certified , younger drop 100% weighed on station after week in yards. 100% weighed 135-270 kg avg 217kg . Buyers note mixed colours/breed and horn status. Pastoral heifers excess to requirements running will bulls no guarantee given on pregnancy status. Vendor to deliver Alice Springs Roe creek yards weigh Alice on arrival no deduction. Vendors prefer to truck Saturday/Sunday given stock in hand for 1/2 weeks. Opportune for a value buy but will need to go to a experience cattle operation used to handling northern cattle with movement. Note 5 head odd old eye scarring but still sound, 10 head rub/fly bites on body.
