The steers flowed through the yards well but were a little sticky at the gates. A % stirred up when pressured in the race and crush while mouthing, however the majority settled nicely once released.

Buyers, a good quality run of angus steers. ( % angus x, refer breed description). Showing good bone and growth for age. These steers are ideal to background for premium domestic or export markets.They have been introduced to a feed bin. We mouthed the first 18 steers and then the heaviest in the balance and were all milk teeth. Steers are fresh in the coat and ready to go ahead. Steers were yarded overnight and had access to hay and water, and assessed the next day. Noted a small number of plainer bodied steers. 8 steers noticed with minor pink eye scarring in one eye, not considered detrimental. Please view photos and videos
