Heifers are very good to handle in yards. Odd heifer stirs in crush but settles once back with mob. Some heifers need steadying through gate ways but are quiet.

Assessor Comments
A line of good PCAS eligible store young Santa Gertrudis & Santa X heifers that are all frame with plenty of compensatory gains to be had. Heifers come from a very fertile breeding and high performing cattle herd in Central Australia. This line of heifers were weaned quite young due to poor seasonal conditions experienced in 2020 but have really gone ahead since. At assessment 1 x heifer noticed with cloudy/blue eye and a small portion with fly bites on necks. Was not able mouth heifers at assessment but would expect majority milk teeth with the odd 2 tooth. An ideal line of heifers to put away on feed and grow out to heavier weights.
