Assessor Comments
Buyers, on offer is a neat line of Reiland and Lawson's Angus Blood steers. Steers display all the attributes of quality breeding, showing good growth, length and bone for their age whilst progressing through a cold winter. These steers represent the lead draft and were weighed above 350kg at assessment. Steers have been grazing a winter cereal crop and present in a fresh-forward store condition. Steers are grass fed eligible and are ideal for grass fed programs or to be put onto feed. Steers have been treated with 2 doses of Bovilis MH + IBR to ensure confidence in purchasing. Please note, one steer was noted to have a small patch of white to the navel and one with old pink eye scarring not affecting his vision. Some steers show the effects of old lice scarring (pictured). Additionally, please refer to temperament comments.
