Assessor Comments
Very well bred line of NSM angus heifers rising 12 months of age. Heifers represent the 2nd line of females this year and are being offered surplus to the vendors requirements for joining. They display plenty of frame and are bred from a large herd with good genetics. Heifers are equally suited to be retained for joining or background for the feeder market if desired. They have been running on minimal short wintered pasture and will greatly benefit from a higher level of nutrition. Heifers will bounce away in growth if given the opportunity and are currently in fresh store condition. Total of 96 heifers on offer accross two lots with a large tail removed at assessment based on type and weight. Noted at assessment 9 heifers with some degree of eye scarring. Most very minimal with no scarring detrimental to the animals vision. Please call for further information
