Cattle were a pleasure to handle as can be seen from the video. There was an odd steer that took a while to settle whilst on the scales but went through the crush without issue.

Assessor Comments
These steers are the 2nd draft of 50 out of a line of 180. It is important to note that these are not the tail end - a further 55 lighter steers have been retained. As can be seen from the photos and videos they are very well bred and quiet to handle. These steers are normally carried through the winter and sold as feeder steers or finished into domestic and export markets, they are only being offered due to vendor loosing the use of a long time lease block. These grass fed steers come highly recommended from previous purchasers including Greenhams who have purchased them to finish into their Cape Grim premium product range.
