Assessor Comments
A mostly good to very good quality line of vendor bred heifers. Heifers are mostly medium to large framed with one heifer being small framed. Yard weaned 26/03/24 for 6 days on Barley hay and have since been moved onto native & improved pasture. Heifers are ideal to background to domestic feeder weights and then grain or grass finish for a range of high quality markets. The top 55% also have the potential to be very good quality future breeders, as the vendor has not retained any heifers this year. All heifers had their first shot of 5 in 1 at weaning. Sired by Mooroobie Angus & Carabar Angus bulls, over both purchased Angus Cross & vendor bred Angus cows, with four heifers being sired by a speckle park bull. Located just south of Wyaga on the Gore Highway and would be able to work in with trucks moving north and south. Heifers have not had access to any grain or cotton seed & are PCAS eligible. Please note that the brothers of these heifers are also in this sale.
