Assessor Comments
Offering 69 quality Angus and Angus Cross Backgrounder Steers. These steers averaged 286kg live at assessment and are in store condition with plenty of compensatory gain to offer for the purchaser. The steers are sired by NB Genetics and Hazeldean Angus bulls and are bred from a herd of mainly Angus & Angus Cross cows. These steers are very well handled and worked quietly throughout the yards with minimal fuss. Don't miss this opportunity to purchase a 2 deck line of quality steers that are ready to power ahead on good feed. Please note at assessment 2 steers were noted with blight scarring and a few with lightly weeping eyes. Also noted was that the steers showed some sign of rubbing on their sides, potentially due to lice.
