These heifers flowed very well through the yards, being Northern Bred cattle they can rush but do block up easily. 6 did stir up while being held in the crush and mouthed but once back within the mob they instantly calmed.

4 decks of 128 backgrounder heifers. Good young heifers with frame ready for good feed or oats, potentially good weight compensatory gains. They are 89% Vendor Bred and 11% purchased heifers, all being lifetime traceable. Sample mouthed to be 74% have milk teeth and 26% have fresh two teeth. Approximately 20 of the heifers have a slight hump or crest, but would still suit most domestic jobs. Around half of the heifers are black or have a slight red tinge. Please note that the tail of 16 heifers may appear in the photos, but they will be drafted out on delivery. We assessed them as one mob and decided to make an even 4 decks, but the buyer can purchase the balance to make 4.5 decks at a negotiated rate. All heifers were RIFD recorded and the tail will be drafted out according to this. "Rainmore" is located in clean country, so immediate delivery can be arranged.
