Assessor Comments
A quality line of genetically superior Angus steers from a renowned North East Victorian herd. In the past these steers have always given great satisfaction to previous buyers and have received good feedback from major feedlots. They come with a great reputation for temperament and high performance ability on feed. Vendor has been breeding Angus cattle for 50 years, with focus on confirmation, and carcase traits. The vendor has been using Te Mania blood for 46 years with Dunoon bulls introduced over the last 15. This is the perfect article to take on to feeder weights. They handled the assessment process with ease and were a pleasure to handle in all aspects on the day. Please note vendor has 2 lots of steers in this sale, chance to put 220 one mark Te Mania blood steers together. Please note 4 steers have old pink eye scarring but not deemed detrimental, 2 steers with white splash behind navel and a very small percentage have old ringworm scar on face but not detrimental.
