These heifers were a pleasure to handle in all areas of the yards. This is a result of being handled properly at weaning and the general management of the entire herd. Very odd heifer could be considered slightly stirry in the crush only. These heifers are still settling down since they have returned from agistment. They do need to be steadied through gateways and this is a normal cattle handling practice.

Assessor Comments
A very good quality line of 110 young Angus future breeders bred out of some top quality classed herds of females. These are being offered in 2 lots to allow all buyers the opportunity to operate in multiples of 2 decks. They will be delivered as a "run of the gate" into even lines if multiple buyers purchase these heifers. These have been away in the Longreach area on agistment since July/August and have been home almost 2 months. They came home in very plain condition and have really responded well with a bit of feed in them. They now weigh very well and possess depth of barrel and length. They tick all the boxes depending which enterprise you need them for. They are ready for a bull and suit to replenish depleted breeder herds for a continuation in the Angus industry or very suitable for a Wagyu program. The notable traits listed is of the total line of the 110 head. There are 7 decks of Angus heifers all up in the sale.
