These weaners have settled down very well. They are not totally yard savy just yet so odd steer is easily spooked and most will always follow ring leaders. Nothing that could be described as aggressive in the mob in the bigger yards and they still need to be steadied down through a gateway, not unusual.

The Consuelo EU ACCREDITED Santa backgrounder steers that have developed a great reputation. Have been offered on A+ for the past 9 years and always attract plenty of repeat buyers who have commented on the great performance these steers deliver them. Steers have presented in very good condition from the excellent summer season. They are very soft steers that exhibit great bone, length and depth of barrel and stacks of breed character. They will definitely suit a winter oats crop to pack on some kilos to export or domestic feedlot entry weights. These are genetically sound cattle and should reach their full potential. Two steers in the lot that look to have been fractionally later cut & still show a bit of pizzle, but otherwise no other physical male characteristics evident. Noticed two steers with white patches on them on the flank and visual in the photos. Clean country buyers note they are offered GUARANTEED CLEAR of the dip. 322 in the draft selling in 3 lots.
