Good line of vendor bred Shorthorn & Shorthorn cross weaner heifersers that weighed 220kg to 315kg to average 254.4kg following a 14 hour curfew, estimated delivery weight of 256.4kg. These heifers were fine to handle during assessment and drafting with our vendor normally handling their cattle with horse / vehicle / bike. Cattle were accessed over numerous paddock mobs so they could be returned to their mothers. Neighbours bull accessed the cows giving the 2 cross bred heifers, pink eye has been an issue in the district - 3 treated with Orbenin. Vendor has brother & sister lots in the same sale.
