Cattle moved freely through yards. A handful of heifers became unsettled in the crush whilst being mouthed and weighed but settled once in the mob. Some heifers moved quickly through yards and required blocking up whilst handling. Intending buyers please note that cattle will need settling into new environment before being let out of yards.

Buyers, on offer are 101 good quality Santa Gertrudis and Santa/Droughtmaster cross heifers. This is a great opportunity to secure a good run of milk tooth number 0 and 1 heifers to put to a bull of your choice or to take through to trade weight feeder heifers or through to kill weights. Daandine Pastoral Company has been purchasing the better end of bulls at selected stud sales. Please note 2 heifers had small warts at time of assessment. Heifers are well grown with plenty of frame and present in store condition allowing plenty of compensatory weight gain on cattle. With all the hard work done on these heifers they are not to be missed.
