Temperament not assessed in Paddock
These steers had been pulled off their mothers only 24 hours earlier, given this fact their temperament was permissible. They behaved like the freshly weaned calves they are. Given 4 days these steers will settle down and be a pleasure to handle.

Assessor Comments
EU Bullock fatteners & Backgrounders here is a great opportunity to secure 26 great soft proven performers. These steers will suit the Domestic & Export feeder and slaughter markets. These cattle are bred on semi improved forest country and given their growth rates in this environment, once put on heavier country will explode. These steers have been bred to perform! The Shannon Family have a long history with breeding very good performing young cattle. Don't miss this opportunity to buy and try some of these weaner steers! Buyers note at assessment one steer had a grass seed lump on o/s jaw which is hard a about the size of a Softball, it did look to have busted. I’d expect it to heal neatly, not detrimental.
