A mostly good to very good quality line of EU accredited weaner heifers. The heifers are medium to large frame and suit to grow onto domestic feeder weights. They are mostly a soft red or black composite with a mix of British, Bos Indicus and Euro content. Note two heifers with white markings on back and tail were sired by the neighbours bull which is bred for the Rodeo circuit - visually is a high Euro/Bos Indicus content bull - they are not Wagyu or dairy cross. The heifers are PCAS eligible, EU accredited and 100% LT. Two heifers noted with slight blue eye scarring in one eye and one with rub marks on neck. Active pink eye was observed in the keeper mob and no heifers with active PE will be loaded. The mob had a LWR of 164 - 251 kg after 20 hours in the yards on some hay and water. Please note heifers will be loaded after overnight dry curfew to ensure the 98 fit on 2 decks - vendor will load a comfortable 2 decks. Heifers are below the tick line and are clear to travel south.

All but four head were born at KIllara but a portion are calves of purchased PTIC cows - mostly the calves showing more Santa content. 4 EU heifers purchased as weaners from near neighbor.

Cows are a mix of Gelbvieh/Santa or Droughtmasterx type cow with some Angus and Angus x cows. Bulls include Gelbvieh/Red Angus composite and Angus.

Grazing green Leucaena with frosted and dry but good quality native and improved pasture. Small amount of green in the grass after rain last week.

To vendor's best knowledge, this lot has had no access to bulls or stags.
