Assessor Comments
Yearling Angus heifers with one grey sim/angus cross heifer in the draft, which the successful buyer has the right to leave out if so desired. Ideal condition to carry on and rejoin, or to place straight into the feedlot or grass fed programs. Some heifers were joined over a 4 week period late last year (2020) and pregnancy tested not detectable early January. Other heifers in the lot have not had the opportunity and would be usually retain to rejoin for an autumn calve, but are making room for more spring calvers. These heifers are by Twynam and Paringa Angus bulls, which have been selected for high 600 day growth and high EMA EBV's. These heifers have plenty of stretch and frame to work with. These heifers are PCAS eligible and are Greenhams Never Ever Accredited. Out of the mob there is 1 heifer with an grass seed abscess on it's offside neck, see photo. Successful buyer has the right to reject.
