The Consuelo EU ACCREDITED and PCAS ELIGIBLE Santa backgrounder heifers that have developed a great reputation. Heifers look to have had a tough time since weaning a few months ago, hence they carry no condition at all so with all that said they have the potential to grow out and gain weight quite quickly on better feed. These are genetically sound cattle and should still reach their full potential. There are a few with old ring worm scars, also the usual few with some white on them (either a patch or underline). They are an ideal article for restockers to put away for next year, grow them out and select some replacement breeders out of them. Bred from a very good quality herd of Santa & Santa x breeders renowned in the local area as one of the best. All by Santa bulls.

Santa bulls from Swan Hill and Gyranda studs. Vendor also had Brangus, Red Brangus, Droughtmaster and Charolais bulls in the herd in the past.

Have been on a dry cover of Buffel and native grasses that has responded to storms over the past week with plenty of green shoot appearing.

Delivery will be a ‘run of the gate’ to deliver into even lots if purchased by multiple buyers. Southern buyers please allow an extra 40kms freight if the dip sample has not been tested by Tuesday 21st as they will have to dip at Rolleston.
