Assessor Comments
A very nice line of NSM EU Vendor Bred Angus Heifers bred from a renowned and highly regarded Upper Murray Angus Herd. These Angus Heifers are 16 months of age and are bred from a high performing moderate to large framed cow herd with females that carry a rich genetic history with the original cow herd being based on Hazeldean Angus genetics, then exclusively using the Dunoon Angus genetics for over 15 years, with the recent introduction of Table Top Angus. Growth, IMF and milk have been a key focus for many years now in there Pedigree and EBVs and have been very precarious in the selection of there Angus bulls been the main reason while these cattle are highly sought after by repeat backgrounders, breeders and feedlots. There is a couple of heifers with old pink eye scarring and a percentage of them with slight amount of ringworm which is beginning to clear up. Cattle that come with a big reputation and will improve the genetics and performance of most herds.
