40 Watervalley Angus cross steers, Ex Mt Scott 241-299 kg weight range, 263.4kg LW Curfewed Ave. They are a line of steers deemed to be coloured or horned, consisting of 23 with horns or scurred, 6 reds, 4, whites bellies, 1 white socks, 3 slight brindles, and 4 with a brown coat.
They are predominantly british bred steers with a small bos Indicus influence in some of them.
These steers are are a genuine run of backgrounders in store condition coming through a dry autumn and winter fed on green pick and hay and are now really starting to go forward presenting in quite fresh condition, ideal to grown into feeder weights. They offer a good medium frame with good bone density being true to Angus type. Off types and rougher animals drafted out at assessment. They steers are all 2023 drops.
They are well known for their doing ability and will perform well for those buyers looking for improver cattle to add value to their purchases.
