Heifers handled well in the yards and flowed well. There were some heifers that were pushing up the race and were eager to leave the crush but were calm when back with the mob. Overall easy to handle mob of heifers.

Offering 98 Quality Cross Bred Feeder Heifers. The heifers averaged 406kg live at assessment and were weighed into a range of 360kg to 504kg. They are mainly purchased in heifers as weaners from the local area and have done very well growing out into handy feeders. These heifers are the perfect feeder article that have all been vet PTE with a certificate available and weighed into a tight weight range ready to go on feed. Please note there are another 2 decks of Angus Cross feeder heifers available from the same vendor in today's sale that may assist with freight. Also note that the buyers have the option to purchase these cattle on a $/kg basis to give the feed lotter full confidence when buying.
