Assessor Comments
An attractive lot of 19 Angus steers. They are currently running in a paddock of oats and Rye grass. They have plenty of shape, length and bone. These steers have clean, healthy fresh coats and are starting to do very well (ranging 0.9 to 1.6kg daily weight gain). They would suit to continue on crop for Domestic Markets, Heavy grass feed markets or to go feedlots. They are easy to handle and have been well educated - dogs, horses, bikes and vehicles. They are up to date with their vaccinations and vet treatments. There is a lot of upside to these steers as they are well on their way for “big kilo” gains through the spring.
