Assessor Comments
On offer by "Mannion Pastoral" Ex Lake Wallace stn are 82 head of the annual draft of 2023 drop Angus heifers. At assessment weighed 205-395kg to average 295kg. Sired by Larrikin Angus bulls over Angus, very small percentage Angus cross cows with some throw back to their crosses with slight excess skin on the neck and a shinier coat. These heifers have matured well with the season in the far west and present in forward store condition. Being 7-12 months of age heifers are showing good growth, stretch and muscle for age and will grow into a nice line to join or fatten for the trade. Although used to running in big mobs in large paddocks these cattle have been well handled showing good temperament and were a pleasure to work in the yards.
*Note; vendor is offering other lines in todays sale being another 82hd of Ax hfrs, 2 x lots of 81hd of the black steers and 94hd AX steers.
