Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Heifers were generally good to handle, showing normal yearling tendencies. The heifers would tend to trot in the big yards and needed some slowing through gateways. Heifers can become agitated when singled out but settle quickly when returned to the mob. A number of heifers became agitated in the confines of the crush and exited quickly to return to the mob.

Assessor Comments
Buyers, on offer, 29 very good quality Angus heifers that present in forward store condition and are ready to power ahead given the opportunity. Heifers are expected to do very well on grass, crop or grain, Heifers are all sired by Angus bulls and are bred to from a long-term Angus herd of Angus cows. One heifer presented with some blight scarring but was not deemed an issue. A neat draft of Angus heifers' ideal future breeders or to take on to heavier feeders or finish.
