These heifers were weaned at purchase. The vendor has put the heifers through a full 7 day weaning program on arrival. They were efficient to process through the yards and settled very well afterwards. Odd heifers was a bit unsettled over the scales but content once back in the mob.

One mark NSM Angus X Angus heifers. These heifers were purchased direct the breeder M. Neeson at Borambola, as the tops of the winter 2023 drop (30% tail removed). The herd is based on Hazeldean and Rockwood Angus genetics. 100% weighed 270kg+ after a 6 hour curfew to present a line of heifers ready for an immediate joining to the sire of your choosing. These heifers have been sourced for the last 3 years with clients impressed by the repeated performance. They are currently gaining an av of +1kg/hd/day on a bulky oat crop and are just hitting their straps and not in any way overdone. They were comfortable with human interaction settling properly for photos and a video following assessing. Health treatments are up to date. 100% grass fed and antibiotic free, presenting suitable to feeding or future breeding.
