Heifers were a very good to handle. They have been well educated and are always some of the quietest Weaners that i handle each year.

Assessor Comments
A good quality line of E.U. Accredited Heifers showing true to type Angus x Angus characteristics. These are the younger lighter end of the drop with the tops retained for a spring joining. A tail has been removed to leave a neat line. Heifers weight range 210 to 288 kg an average of 238.6 kg 2 hours off feed at assessment. Heifers projected curfewed delivery weight should be approx. 226 kg [weighed full minus 5%]. Heifers were a pleasure to handle. Eyes were good with only approx. two with a small dot or cloudiness in one eye noticed. A few noticed with slight rusty tinge in coat as Angus Weaners sometimes get at Weaning time. These Heifers are ideal to put away and grow out for joining down the track or fattening for a Angus MSA grain or grass market. PCAS eligible and antibiotic free.
