Heifers were a pleasure to handle right throughout the drafting, weighing & photography process. Heifers were seen to fold back on each other & a little bit agitated but at no stage became aggressive. Heifers only became agitated in crush when they were being mouthed which is normal. This process was very quick as heifers are well handled through Skeldon yards.

Assessor Comments
An Excellent line of quality, vendor bred, dual purpose Angus & Angus cross heifers presenting in fresh forward store to forward prime condition, which are NSM. The 'SKELDON' farm is a very well-organized operation in which these heifers have not had any access to bulls nor any expenses spared through obtaining top genetics. Heifers were drafted into ideal feedlot weight ranges of full weight 481-570kg.The Scott family are renown for breeding quality genetics that always excel through feedlots or market places with all of the steer portion going to JBS every year being repeat buyers due to being proven performers. Note: 1 heifer was seen to have old pink eye scarring in one eye but can still see out of it & was deemed non detrimental. BUY WITH UTMOST CONFIDENCE. Vendor will have the 365-479kg lighter heifers in same sale which can make it into B-double lot. 'FEMALES ARE THE FUTURE OF THE CATTLE INDUSTRY'.
